Colleague was very knowledgeable and helpfull. Explained the different types of mattresses and allowed us to use the new 'Sleepmatch' bed to find the correct mattress suited to myself.

The two sales reps made themselves abailable as soon as I walked in store; wasn’t overbearing, offered me additional items such as pillows and quilts at good prices, listened to my needs. Very personable considering end of day

The lady at the Wrexham store was really friendly and knowledgeable about the items we wanted. She quickly offered us a drink while going through our order with us and made sure we understood everything that came with our order. I would highly recommend her.
