Alanna who assisted us at the Wrexham branch was very helpful and directed us to the right sort of beds for us, based on the results of the sleep start machine. She gave us the right sort of pillows to make sure that when we were testing the mattresses, it was as realistic as possible. She made us feel very comfortable and as a result, I'd highly recommend Dreams.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the door and Allana took very good care of us, showing us a number of different mattresses until we found the one that suited us best. She took the time to explain the differences between some of the mattresses that, at first glance, appeared very similar. Her depth of knowledge was impressive but conveyed in an easy and engaging manner. We left the store feeling very satisfied with our purchase and we are looking forward to receiving our new mattress.
