Very pleased with customer service and one of the main reasons why we bought from dreams. We know that we can probably get cheaper online however, he and another college made me and my partner a coffee. he acknowledged us as soon as we walked in and did not come across a “hard seller on commission”. He talked through our price range and put across his knowledge and made sure we had the best within our budget. And even managed to bump up our spend by approx £80 with extras. We went around the Competitors in the Wrexham area and found Paolo the most helpful. Both employers are an asset to your store.

I attended the store with my partner who is disabled and the assistant, Lucy recognised this and went out of her way to make sure that she was comfortable, even bringing a chair over for her to sit down. Lucy was very knowledgeable, and although she did very well in making the sale, we never felt pressured or uncomfortable in any way. Real credit to your company.
