The assistant Vinny was exceptional with the knowledge , good suggestions and advise which were given to us. The store had good variety of bed/mattress which we could choose. Very happy with the products and knowledge of staff members.

I brought my bed from your Wrexham store Paolo the manager who I dealt with was brilliant his knowledge of the products were excellent and his customer service was fantastic I didn't feel under pressure like I did in previous bed stores I had visited that day I felt at ease and comfortable. I would be grateful if you could pass my thanks to Paolo and his team in Wrexham I'm very happy with the service I received and can't wait for my bed to be delivered

Kat the Customer Service Assistant who served us was exceptional, she excellent and extremely knowledgeable she knew exactly what we wanted and showed us the total range of beds in the store from the cheapest to the most expensive, she advised us on the best Mattrice to suit our needs she took the time to let is try different pillows she was friendly and very professional. Kat is a credit to your store and you are very fortunate to have her working for you. I cannot praise her enough. We are very happy with the service we received at your Wrexham Store. John, Kat's colleague even made me a cup of tea. I am delighted with the service we received and both my wife and I are very happy and will certainly return to the store. Kat who served us event managed to get the VAT back from us because my we have a Blue Badge and we had bought a 'medical bed'. Kat, who worked in the Wrexham Dream was excellent. She greeted us when we arrived and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She spent a lot of time with us to find the right bed. We were given the opportunity to try out the sleep match which was incredible and we were even offered a drink. The whole experience was top quality. She gave us pillows to match our preferences and she explained all of the different mattresses. We will definitely recommending dreams to our friends and family. Thank you Kat, you were impeccable.

Really helpful and knowledgeable. We were offered drinks in store and the beds were explained to us along with products.

From the time we entered the Wrexham store until we left, and then returning the next day realising we had chosen the wrong size bed, we had excellent service. Alena, Paulo and Kat could not do enough. Each had excellent product knowledge and nothing was too much trouble; everything was explained simply so we could understand and we were given time to decide without any pressure. Alena told us of the visit to the farm to see the sheep and alpaca whose wool goes into making the Flaxby mattress, very impressive. On return to the store the following day, to change our order, had a change of mind over night we met another salesperson, Lucy who initially helped us. She assisted us in moving a mattress to try it on a different base. As said before othing is too much for your staff. They are polite, friendly and make everyone feel important. They also make a great cuppa! You should be very proud of the service they provide, and the way they promote your name and company.

Katrina (Kat) was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. It is rare to come across a sales person that really listens to what you say and matches your needs so appropriately. We couldn't fault her.
