Excellent customer service and great price on bedding I bought.

Our sales person at the Wrexham branch was Kat. She wàs very friendly , informative , pleasant and nothing was too much trouble . She took time to explain everything we asked. Didnt feel rushed to make a decision or preasured into buying anything . With the information Kat gave us , we did make a purchase .

Great service

Nice shop. Plenty of parking. Beds, mattresses grouped according to type and price. Very efficient assistant. We were also offered a drink. Amazing!

We have only purchased one bed previously when we first moved into a property some years ago now!!!, So we found the technology behind the process of buying a new bed fascinating, the assistant Lucy helped us through the different choices and price ranges, and explained the different offers available. She was very informative and not pushy. She talked us through the purchasing procedure and delivery options and removal of the old mattress. After making the purchase and leaving the shop, we realised the daughter had left her small bag behind, we contacted Lucy who found the bag and called us back to advise it had been put safe for us to collect. That made our daughters day as her favourite toys were inside.

Service was excellent. Choice of products very good.

Friendly and helpful

Lucy was very helpful, bed being made to size with 2 draws,mattress protector throw in as a wait for bed untill April 6, very friendly,went in wanting a bed and mattress came out with exactly that

I was highly satisfied as I was offered a nice beverage from Alanna then I was able to see which mattress suits my sleeping pattern the best. The bed I chose was recommended by (Alanna) and I believe it will suit me very nicely. I was shown a variety of beds and mattresses but also there was a lovely range of pillows available. Tempur was my favourite.
