I was attended to by Katryna. She was smiley and very pleasant, made good eye contact, appeared very knowledgeable, she listened, she advised and throughout she seemed genuine and not mechanical in any way. I was able to use the sleep match machine which had just arrived and I think that is excellent as it makes a few recommendations based on your own personal and sleep information that you tell them. I'd already seen that Dreams Wrexham had a decent review score over other stores I might have visited but I didn't in the end. Excellent, thank you.

Everything was easy for us, from navigating the store to speaking with the sales person. Every question was answered without sales patter, or with bias towards a more expensive product.
