We had gone to dreams unsure of the type of mattress that we wanted, Lucy was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We managed to find exactly what we needed in a very short period of time.

The member of staff who served us, Katryna, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She fully explained all our options as far as mattresses were concerned and ensured we were aware of all our options without being pushy in any way. She also showed a lovely sense of humour and even laughed at my husband's daft jokes!

My ultra soft washable duvet had ripped after being washed, the advisor understood completely and was really helpful. Kat swapped the duvet with no problems at all, and helped me to choose one more suitable for me.

As soon as I entered the store Paolo came over to assist me in a really friendly manner. He was able to answer all of my queries and gave me a lot of information about the different mattresses. He explained the different payment options and offered to include two new pillows if I decided to go ahead with the purchase. I returned the following day and again Paolo greeted me in his friendly manner. I had my 18 month old son with me and he even helped to entertain him while we went through the application process.
