We were shown a few of the Mattresses in the store and the assistant explained in detail the benefits of each mattress how it works to support the body during sleep. My husband has a spinal condition and uses a walking stick. His needs to have a particular type of mattress is essential to maintaining his mobility. The assistant made sure we were fully satisfied with the choice we made. A coffee was given while the purchas3 was being dealt with. Both assistants were very helpful and amiable in manner. 👍

Staff were friendly and made an effort with our children whilst we shopped. Our sales assistant did not mess around and accepted quickly what we were looking for and took us straight to the best products for us. We were allowed to choose without pressure and were served quickly and efficiently. It was a very positive experience

Alana and John were the staff who served us. They were knowledgeable, efficient and overall delivered an extremely high level of customer service. We were very impressed with the deal that the staff were able to offer us and as a result we will be returning to place an order on a double bed and mattress in the near future. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to look after us even though the value of our purchase was relatively low. Great experience.
