A lady called Kat served us on Sunday 25th November - we had spent a long time browsing websites for a new bed base and mattress so knew the sort of thing we were looking for. Kat too the time to listen to us, provide options and advice and she even pointed out a deal on pillows that we have taken advantage of and now have two new pillows to enjoy whilst we wait for our new bed!

Able to replace our ageing mattress with a new item at a reasonable price. Keith explained the differences between mattresses & we were able to try-out and choose a new mattress from a wide range of showroom choices. Excellent service and showroom.

Kat was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions with ease. Paolo was also very efficient and helpful too. Great customer service.

It was obvious to us from the start that Lucy had been very well trained and had a very good grasp of the differences between the beds in stock. This, together with her lovely personality made us very at ease. At no time did we feel pressured or hurried and the transaction was speedy and smooth. Buying the bed was so pleasant that we may not leave it another 20 years to buy again from Dreams. Thank you very much.
