Lucy at the Wrexham store was very friendly, approachable and helpful. She couldn’t do enough for us.

Lucy in the Wrexham store almost greeted us at the door and gave us her undivided attention all the time we were there. We even had a cup of tea whilst we completed our order. She had excellent product knowledge, was very friendly and really tried to understand exactly what we were looking for.

Warmly welcomed by two staff, very attentive and helpful but not pushy. Overall very enjoyable experience.

The sales lady was really helpfull and knowledgeable about the products. She wasnt pushy but clearly knew about the products and really helped me to make my decision. She was polite and freindly. The store manager was really helpfull and friendly too and again without being pushy or fake. I will definately return to this store for future beds and would recommend it to other people too.

Lucy was very helpful in explaining different mattresses she was very genuine and not pushy I was very relaxed with her.

John was very helpful and really took time to help us find a bed for our children. Very impressed with his customer service.

Very friendly helpful staff and very informative on the products. they advised us without pressure or hurried us in any way they even made us a cup of tea. Very impressed with the attitude and the store itself.

We stated what we required and the assistant knew immediately what type of bed we needed and was able to guide us whilst we were making our choice.

When we entered the store, Lucy approached us and asked if she could be of assistance and also explained the colour system which was useful. We were then offered a tea or coffee which we declined. We had a good look around the store and found the bed we liked and Lucy was close by to assist. After listenening to Lucy's description of the bed we decided to purchase. Purchasing was quick and easy and a lead time of only one week really impressed us. Lucy was very helpful and even found out we were almost neighbours, when we actually move in to our house. We will be returning when we buy the beds for the other bedrooms when we have settled in.
