The sales assistant (Kat) was friendly, polite, very knowledgeable and gave us time to look at all the products we were interested in without rushing us. Kat listened to our needs and made suggestions about how best to try out mattresses and suitable bed bases. We felt we were given enough time and attention to make a decision and are very happy with our choice.

If I have put neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, it is only because I have not received my mattress yet. It was fine in the store, but I need to sleep on it before I can say I am completely satisfied. The assistant Kat, & the other member of the team I could not fault, both were lovely. Kat was our assistant & she knew that what she was talking about. In fact I joked had she been to university to lean about beds. At the moment, I have no complaints. It is the first time I have been to this store & have already recommended it.

Kat was spectacular. We weren’t going to purchase on the day but due to her fantastic service and friendly non selling attitude we decided to buy there and then!

The assistant we spoke with (Lucy) was very pleasant and friendly. She made us very comfortable and we were pleased with her knowledge and understanding of all the products. She allowed us time to discuss options and also gave her personal opinions, which we highly valued. We would rate her customer service 10/10 and we will recommend Dreams Wrexham store to our friends and family, telling them to ask for Lucy.

no hassle from sales staff, clean and well laid out store plenty of space and attentive assistance when asked for.
