John the assistant was courteous without being over bearing, confident and knowledgeable. We felt valued as a customer and our expectation was met which resulted in making our purchase.

A very important purchase of a large item was made easy. The knowledge and understanding of your representatives was second to none. The patience, politeness, consideration and understanding of your representative was greatly appreciated. We also came into contact with other representatives in the store and they too were courteous and friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience.

John the salesperson who dealt with us was professional, helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and we were shown a variety of products before making our choice.

We came in on Tuesday and spoken to john who asked us a lot of open questions before showing us suitable mattress to lying on and give us the knowledge of every mattress we went to. He made us feel very welcome and at ease going around the bed and very professional. He didn't made us feel we had to buy there then.

I was greeted with a smile by Paolo. I knew the bed I wanted as I had seen it online. He advised on mattresses after asking my preferences and even gave me a pillow to try out. Once I knew the bed and matteress I wanted he helped get me the best deal and delivery date and finance plan. Thank you!

Member of staff who assisted me (Lucy) was very friendly and had a great knowledge of the products in store and also offered me a complimentary bottle of water which was a great touch.

I was able to choose exactly what I wanted with my budget the mattrass was great offer great reduction and also loved bed frame and also the discount too. The sales assistant was lovely so helpful.
