Dreams - Wrexham

As a past customer I was not disappointed by the service we received on our visit to the Wrexham store. Christopher approached as we entered the store and asked if we needed assistance. We told him of our needs and were shown several options. His product knowledge was very good, and he made suggestions for us to think about. Christopher also offered us a drink which we gratefully accepted some bottled water as it was a particularly hot day. He then left us to have a good look around. Christopher came back a short while later and we finalised a deal. Great product at a great price, and a few extra items of bedding thrown in, and free delivery a a time and day ot suit us. Perfect. we will definitely return to this store where all of the staff are very pleasant and helpful.

All questions answered, relaxed atmosphere with some laughs. We were also offered a cup of tea/coffee whilst the order was being processed.

Paolo was very helpful veryand knew every thing about all the products and helped us choose what we wanted when we told him we had health problems, and he told us which products was best for us. we went in for a mattress and came out with a bed mattress and headboard. would highly recommend him and the store.

As soon as we walked into the store, somwone was there to greet ua and told us how the store was set out. We were offered refreshments many times as we spent alot of timw in the store. The collegues were very helpful and we left highly satisfied with a bed, matress and pillows. Will be returning for next purchase in the future.

Kat was fantastic. I told her I was looking for a new bed and furniture set. She listened to everything I wanted and showed me products that suited my needs. Kat kept asking how I felt about what I was trying to see if it was what I wanted. She offered me a very welcomed drink and even explained the importance of the right pillow/mattress combination.

Wide range of mattresses and the female store assistant was very knowledgeable of the products in store, we we greeted and offered a drink, we detailed what we were looking for and tried a number of beds and pillows. We were not rushed and given time to consider our purchase. Very helpful store assistant and a credit to your company.

The staff were very helpful and you were not pressured which made you relax and more willing to make a purchase

Staff immediately acknowledged my husband and I. Fully informed us of store layout and put us at ease. Given a pillow wash we were invited to try a selection of beds. We narrowed it down to choice of 2 then given privacy to make our final decision.
