Dreams colleague by the the name of Kat was extremely helpful going over the products on numerous times so that I could understand what I needed for a member of my family who would be using the product and also make the correct purchase. Having not purchased a base, matteress or head board for many years I was very impressed with the knowledge the assistant knew and was willing so share with us. When I went into the store I went with little knowledge and left with a lot more.

Served by John. He was very friendly and very helpful. He offered us a drink and explained about the bed colour codes. Have us pillows and although he was on hand with advice on our purchase he wasn't pushy. Really pleased with our purchase and woukd recommend to family & friends

When visiting stores these days you feel hassled as soon as you enter when I entered Dreams I was able to have a good look round to find the type of product I was looking for then your assistant came ove r asked if,I had found the right bed he asked what exactly I wanted which was very helpful 10/10 to dreams
