Staff were amazing, offered a hot drink and looked after every need. Found the perfect mattress and all to go with it for an even more perfect price.

We were greeted by a sales assistant (Lucy) as soon as myself & partner entered the store, Lucy offered us a drink & asked us what we were looking for. She told us about all the different types of mattresses & the colour codes to go with the types. We were then left alone to test out & compare mattresses, didn’t feel as if we were being badgered by anyone in the store but as soon as I wanted to ask a question Lucy was there to answer the questions.

Kat was very welcoming, professional and efficient. She explained the details of the sale and extra cover thoroughly.

The lady who served us called Lucy was lovely we were only looking for a cheap mattress for my 21mth old bedother places as soon as we said we wanted a cheapest single mattress would point were they were and walk off but Lucy didn't she had time for us offered us drinks were good with my 2 children who wanted to try out all the beds me and my husband have both said we will definitely shop again at dreams!

On arriving at store Lucy greeted us, she explained all the colour codes on mattresses which was very helpful to us. She offered us a drink and let us have a browse. We tried a few mattresses for comfort and then asked Lucy a few questions, she seemed to be very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful and friendly. The pillows that Lucy gave us to try were so comfortable, we just had to buy them and will most definitely be back for more.

We were given outstanding service by Tom and then Kat, each extremely friendly and helpful and willing to give us all the time we needed to choose our perfect mattress. Altogether a great shopping experience! Thank you.

Kat approached us when we entered, she understood that my husband and I are hard of hearing and spoke at a speed we would understand(as she originally spoke quite quickly), she listened to our needs and concerns and got everything we needed at the price we wanted

Dreams was the 1st store we entered intending to shop around. Staff were helpful patient and friendly. We expected to be pressurised to buy but experienced the exact opposite. Hence we went no where else. Thank you Hopefully delivery will be as professional as experience buying the mattress and base.

I got mattress for my 8 year old son very quickly to take away 😀
