Very friendly team that I dealt with on my visit, nothing seemed to be a problem or any trouble whats ever. I enjoyed the experience, felt no pressure at all, most helpful and was even given a coffee, which was very much appreciated. Very wide ranch of beds to chose from. I new I would buy my bed from Dreams. They had the bed I had seen on their website and I new that was the bed I wanted. So I was well pleased.

The manager at the Wrexham store we visited, Aaron, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and eager to please - just as all good salespeople should be! His friendly and efficient manner with customers is both a credit to him and the training provided by his employers, and such knowledge and level of service is not at all commonplace these days. I therefore wouldn't hesitate to recommend both Aaron and Dreams to anyone seeking to buy a high quality and good value for money bed, or anything bedding related!

Kat was friendly from the get go, she answers all our questions and concerns and even offered to move the mattress from a sprung divan to a normal one so I could feel the difference(although I declined)

In store I had very good assistance. On delivery the drivers were extremely quick at taking out our old bed and putting in the new one. Both drivers were also extremely friendly.

Lucy the sales person took time to explain the options and had a good understanding of the products. She was not pushy either. Aaron, who dealt with the purchase on a different day, was easy to deal with and processed the purchase efficiently.

It is the first time I have been into dreams and went in only browsing. The staff inside were extremely helpful in explaining the different types of mattresses that were available and gave us plenty of time to try different products. The bed frame we chose is great quality and I'm confident it will be a good investment. Interesting free credit is what swayed me to make a purchase in the end after trying a range of different products. The clearance items we bought in top were a very good deal aswell so we left happy. Lucy, who assisted us throughout was very knowledgeable and it was obvious she knew what she was talking about as well as giving us recommendations on other products. Overall very happy and although I spent a lot of money, I'm sure I will be satisfied in the long run.
