Friendly, knowledgeable staff

Kat was very helpful, polite and informative and was able to direct us to a product that suited us. She obviously has an extensive knowledge of all the products.

The staff were friendly but not pushy. John, who dealt with us, made us cup of tea while we looked around and encouraged us try as many mattresses as we wanted. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. All in all a very good experience.

we were highly satisfied at the service we had a friendly and efficient atmosphere from start to finish nothing was to much trouble and very informative lucy gave us a warm welcome from start to finish she made us a nice cup of coffee and you should be proud of her as part of your team.

Friendly and efficient staff member who was on hand to assist us. Had very good product knowledge but allowed us adequate time to try the beds without us feeling rushed. Offered us refreshments whilst we viewed goods also. Good range of products and decided to use dreams due to the 30 to 40 day return policy.

Lucy was very friendly and offered my mother and I drinks which my mother appreciated. She was very knowledgeable about the products and was clear in expressing all relevant info (frames, types of mattresses, delivery, charges etc). Lucy was also very patient as I tried different mattresses over and over again. The company are fortunate to have such a wonderful member of staff. Thanks Lucy.
