Aaron was amazing with us, he helped us to chose the right mattress for our needs, and we got a new bed, so we decided to get new beds for our two girls and they so excited we all can't wait to have em at our home 😊 Brilliant store and all staffs make you feel welcome 👍👍 thank you for the coffees and drinks for the girls 👍👍

Asked by a sales person if we would like assistance, when we said we were browsing he kindly explained the layout of the shop and how the mattress's were laid out and then left us to look at our leisure rather than hassle us. We were also offered a drink again with no pressure. When we asked questions he answered them and then left us to discuss our options without hanging around.

I have been suffering back problems, and really needed a new bed. Lucy was able to advise me which products to try, and asked me to go back and forth between a few different beds until I was completely happy. At no time did I feel the pressurised sales that I was expecting when I walked in. Thank you so much. Can't wait for my bed to be delivered.

We found just what we were looking for after the assistant pointed out where they were. She was helpful and very friendly and concluded our purchase efficiently.
