It was all down to the excellence of the employee who served us.

I was served by both Kat and Aaron (I think that was his name, the Store Manager) and could not fault their friendliness, product knowledge and efficiency. They both took the time to answer all of the questions that I had and answered with such professionalism. Kat really helped me with choosing the best mattress for me, she explained the different styles of mattresses which I was really appreciative of and which led to my purchase. My plan was to shop around other bed shops but I was so pleased with the service that I received in Dreams that I purchased a bed, mattress and pillows there and then.

Kat was polite and friendly. Let us browse around the store without hassling us. However was there to answer any questions we did have. He product knowledge was great and she helped us to find the right mattress at the right price

Store easy to find with plenty of parking. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. plenty of choice and not hassled when wandering around the store. Twice offered drinks which when accepted was very nice.

John was helpful and not to pushy

The experience was far better than I expected. The mattresses are colour-coded according to what type they are, so we were able to try out specific ones to suit our needs. There is so much technology in mattresses these days that it's well worth visiting this store to have someone explain it all properly - you can than choose what will benefit you most. The staff who attended to us was able to explain all this clearly and answer questions. I was able to try out different mattresses to compare the effect they had on my creaking joints - and the 100 day trial period was explained.

I did not know where to start looking when I first walked into your Wrexham store today but after meeting your sales advisor Lucy she quickly put me at ease. She was so welcoming and friendly. She asked me what sort of mattress I had in mind and price range and pointed me in the right direction. I was even offered a hot drink. What I found really lovely was throughout the whole of my visit I did not feel pressurised at all as I have done in the past with other retailers. I will definitely be returning to this store in the future and will be letting all my family and friends know about my lovely experience in dream. Thank you.

I've had arthritis for 16 years; as discomfort wakes me most nights I decided to get a new mattress and pillow. Dreams is unlike any other Bedding shop! The mattresses are colour coded according to type; there are different types of pillows to try out too. So, with explanations along the way about each type, I set about testing them. I was even given a cup of tea! I finally settled on what I hope will make a big difference to my creaking joints during the night. I placed my order and - even better - I have 100 days to decide whether to keep it or try a different type!
