Lucy was friendly and helpful from the moment we stepped in the store, nothing was too much trouble for her and her knowledge of all the products was outstanding! The shop was clean, tidy and pleasantly displayed.

The representative Lucy was immediately on hand to help, not pushy at all just very helpful. Listened to our needs and budget and matched the best product to us. Very friendly and competent member of staff who also outlined how we can change the mattress if we are not happy with it. Very happy with our overall experience at Dreams. Not shopped here before but will definitely be back.

For once in a Store we were not 'pounced' on by a sales rep, instead we were assisted in our purchase by a very well informed sales advisor. He explained the products, helped us to single out the best choices for us and we are more than happy with our final selection. I think it was a young man called John. We liked the friendly atmosphere and we do not go in anywhere, and certainly not purchase anywhere which has some patronising american style pushy sales rep. A complete turn off. Job well done, we will certainly return and recommend. Job well done.

Prompt, efficient service and poverty polite and helpful staff

Quick and easy. Delivery quotation was good. Only thing I did not like was the sales assistant did not leave our side. I never like this and it normally puts me off my purchase. however i had made the decision to but the bed before entering the store. There is no need to make people feel pressured into a purchase and certainly not ourselves. Also very clear that staff work on commission for selling all additional insurances. This could be done in a nicer way.

We were served by Katryna in the wrexham store she was very friendly and helpful.

Lucy greeted us immediately as we entered the shop, explained all about the different mattress and beds helping us to choose the right matreess for my husband and I. Lucy offered us hot drinks and left us to try the mattress out in our own time which we liked, on walking round noticed other members of staffing cleaning the sales floor

Lucy who looked after us after we entered the store guided us to the most suitable mattress and went to make us coffee while we tested the mattress. At the desk she guided us to ancillary offers.
