Very rarely am I highly satisfied with any retail experience - do not find it enjoyable. Neither do I recommend experiences with others as my standards are not necessarily the same as theirs.

Long lead time for my bed

We were very satisfied

A tad expensive

Quick assistance, listened to what we needed and did not try hard sell or push us towards the most expensive product

I hate shopping and hate buying household items, the staff were great and shop was fine, but wouldn’t enjoy shopping if you laid on a bbq and pole dancers!! Only criticism I could have if I was being picky would be the call I had of driver, couldn’t hear a word, bad signal.

Can't have pillows delivered with the mattress
