We've been told that we can take 3 years interest free loan with £0 deposit. Unfortunately staff member did not do finanace so he probably didn't know. When we sat down with lady who did all the financing she explained to us that we have to pay 20% deposit. There wasn't a problem paying deposit from our side, just the matter of fact what we've been told by other staff member.

Went to store because of sale but mattress we ended up purchasing was not in the sale which was a bit disappointing but the store was spotless, well laid out and inviting. The staff were fab, not too pushy and very knowledgable. Was able to help us find what we needed. Also managed to sell us the warranty even though I normally steer well clear of them. Would have liked some extra discount or free pillows or something to sweeten the deal. (The free mattress protector wasnt exactly free when it's part of the warantee). Overall a good experience though and glad I went to store rather than via the internet. Just waiting for delivery now. Thanks

Haven't received the bed yet so can't be more specific as yet

We were told that the Tempur Cooltouch Sensation Elite 25 K Mattress would not be too warm as this is a concern with memory foam mattresses. We are mid-winter and our bedroom is cool yet we find the mattress quite warm and we worry that it might be too hot in summer.

Shop layout was a bit random. Cannot comment on the quality of the product yet because it hasn’t been delivered

We thought the mattress was a little bit expensive but I am struggling with siatica so needed to go and try one,and also topper was free with insurance but was 10.00.??

The store rep was helpful and polite didn’t think the deal was great but maybe we chose the wrong day to come in on.

Very satisfied with the amount if time and attention we were given from members of staff and stayed past closing time. but there was a problem with setting up the delivery to our address so after purchasing the product we left feeling unsure if we were actually able to get the product or not.
