Not many options available,some computer problem while ordering,not much reduction in price,50pounds to arrange the bed is too much.

THE PRODUCT WAS RATHER MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WE HAD EXPECTED.

We were promised a text message and an e-mail THE DAY BEFORE the bed/ mattress were due to be delivered - I was still checking the phone the night before - nothing. When I tried to log in to the http etc website given to contact you with any queries I was told that it didn't recognise my e-mail despite the fact it was on the order and I had already been contacted on it. We set the alarm for 7.45 in case and then had a call / text at 7.40 to say it would be between 8.15 and 10.15. The van arrived 25 minutes later - !!

Requested firm mattress because of back issues, after being told I needed a medium mattress was uncomfortable all that evening because of getting on and off beds that where too soft for me

There was a leak from the ceiling onto a bed that we lay on to try out and my clothes were wet. I informed the member of staff who apologised profusely and it wasn't his fault there was a leak in the roof, don't know where it was coming from as there had been no rain for 6 weeks.

Whilst the sales lady got us the pillows we preferred instead of a duvet and other pillows included in the deal we had to pay around 40 pounds extra so it would have been nice too have gotten exactly what we wanted for the original deal price

Limited choice and advertised as 50% sale and 20% off. The frame was full price and the mattress was only 20% off.

Overall I was satisfied but the fact that there were buckets on some of the beds to catch drips from the ceiling (presumably), didn’t give a great first impression and stopped me from wanting to try the beds. However, the friendliness and helpfulness of the member of staff more than made up for this.
