Store was just a mass of confusing colours and sections were mixed up with different colours. Needed to be sorted by price too. Overall really confusing and you had to ask someone what it all meant and I didn't really care just wanted a mattress. price promise was misleadingly as so many were dreams only products so that annoyed me as I wanted to shop around.

Difficulty in obtaining credit, this NOT a fault of the store, in fact, in order to assist they found a 2nd option which was successful.

Kat was a lovely salesperson but did divulge a bit too much in the personal life. We only came in for a bed but we know that her boyfriend had a big party last night and kicked a pumpkin which broke his foot so he spent all day in hospital but it's ok as he wants to spend £22,000 on a clogau engagement ring, good job they've been together 9 months or I'd be worried that she was only in it for the money! Other than that she was well versed in all products and sales information. Couldn't fault her there.

We ordered the bed on 27/08and where told it would be a 3-4 weeks. We agreed to this and the manager Paolo told us he would ring me in 3 weeks or so to confirm a delivery date. I received an email on the 11/09 with a delivery date of 22th October. nearly 2 months for the bed, and why the manager hadn't called. I called the Wrexham store on 3 occasions and spoke to a woman to told me she didn't know anything about it and would ask Paolo ring me back. I waited 3 days and never had a call back. Eventually I called the call centre and spoke to a helpful man who explained that the bed frame wouldn't be available until the 20th October. He was very helpful but there wasn't much he could do so passed me know to the cancellation team. Unfortunately this required a 30min drive to Wrexham to return the mattress protector and sleep apps. Paolo was in the shop but didn't apologise for the delay or lack of communication. Instead he left a colleague to deal with it, despite having to help his colleague with something on the computer he did not acknowledge my presence. A simple apology would have been appreciated. Overall a very poor experience. I'm heavily pregnant.
