Staff was welcoming and I felt listened my wants and expectations in regards to my purchase. I was shown different products and had opportunity to try them. I was also very impressed with the machine in the shop that assessed my body and recommend the right product for me. Staff offered me a bottle of water which felt like the staff is going that extra mile in taking care of me. In general staff knowledge and experience made my shopping so much easier and very pleasant experience. I'll definitely would recommend this shop to my friend and will come back for sure.

The colleagues were very helpful and had a great kkowledge about the products they are selling. We were offered hot and cold beverages (Coffee, tea, water) and they were happy to answer any of our questions.

Overall the experience was excellent very efficiently delt with.it also was good to see a lift available as my wife is just recovering from a stroke and doesn't walk to good yet

We bought our bed base a few months ago and therefore we decided to return to Dreams to buy a new mattress. I explained to Iain the problems. I have with my back, he then put me onto the mattress that looks at your ? Spine. From there I tried the mattress that was recommended. I returned a few days later with my husband and we have chosen the bed that was recommended. We also bought the extra bedcover policy. The two sales assistants seemed very well versed with the various beds.
