Called the hotel from the airport when we arrived in Austin only to find out the shuttle had already stopped running. Very disappointed. Don't like that the hotel doesn't have any vending machines so you're forced to buy from their little shop, which is way overpriced. Also, the breakfast should be free...even if it's only continental.
