I really enjoyed getting my massage at Hand and Stone. I can’t wait to go back for my facial in a month. The only down side to my visit was how loud and chatty the receptionist were while I was waiting for my appointment.

My appointment starts in a timely fashion. My masseuse listens and works on the areas I need attended to with the pressure I find comfortable. Booking on line is easy and hassle free.

Michelle does an excellent job making me feel relaxed. She always asks what I would like to concentrate on. She always checks that the pressure used is right for me.

The mobile app works really well for me. I can generally book an appointment within 2-3 days of my search. This seems to be an improvement for me. Several months ago, the wait time was several weeks rather than the existing 2-3 days.

My experience at Hand & Stone is always 5 star. From the time I walk in till I leave I’m always treated incredibly well. My therapist Becky is amazing!!!
