Overall it was a great experience and I became a member after my first visit. I transitioned to Hand & Stone due to slightly lower costs for massages and add-ons, but a MUCH BETTER customer service experience and availability is key to my satisfaction. I prepare taxes for a living and around January through April I try to get a massage every two weeks to minimize my stress and anxiety from working under pressure and working so much in any given week. Elements massage was always 2-3 months out to schedule an appointment and they cancelled on me multiple times because staff left fairly regularly. I am very satisfied with my first massage and will try an add-on next visit.

Danielle is amazing. My skin is always glowing afterwards. She has a great personality and makes you feel immediately comfortable

Everything was awesome. I was visiting family for the holidays and received the massage as a gift. I won’t be here locally to return until next summer- but I will return then!

Daniel seems genuinely caring about her clients. I absolutely LOVE her facial massage. Did my skin dramatically change? Not really, but I didn't expect to see any visible changes. However, it did feel silky and soft afterwards. Of course, I'll return to her. I want to evaluate your micro dermabrasion next.

Massage therapist took the time to look over my health history and ask questions upon my arrival. She also took her time on the areas I specified overall staff was very friendly.

My first impression was how friendly the receptionist was as she explained what I needed to fill out clearly, and the business was very clean. My skin was glowing after receiving my facial & I really liked my esthetician, Mylee. She listened to my concerns about my skin & offered her opinion. I felt comfortable the entire time. When checking out I purchased a product that both the receptionist & Mylee recommended.I have been using it & I can already see my dark circles under my eyes are not as bad.
