I have a hard time relaxing and by the time I left, I felt pretty relaxed. I really like the hot towel during treatment and how comfortable and warm the massage table was.

I have chronic pain and am in the gym often to keep that in check. The lactic acid buildup and knots from this have been difficult for me to get rid of on my own, and this massage focused on them in an almost medical way.

Everyone from start to finish was very kind and professional!
