The treatment room was very comfortable with lovely music and a comfortable treatment bed. I will keep my new Aesthetician, Annahi. The Clarity products she introduced me to are very nice and I will try them at home.

Michelle was a very experienced masseuse. She made sure to ask me what I needed as far as pressure. She also asked me what areas needed work and she made sure to check on the pressure she was using. I have already rescheduled an appointment.

The reception desk is very friendly. The entire facility has a relaxing ambiance. The esthetician is knowledgeable and caring. The Hand and Stone website is user friendly.

Very professional from receptionist to masseuse. New and clean salon. Becoming a member is the most economical choice.

I’ve got a membership & was under the impression that the visit on 5/14 was going to be covered under that & I did get charged. When i called, the lady talked me through the problem & said she’d have a manager call me back to address the concern.

Danielle is great esthetician !! Facial was awesome. Very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. I even assigned up for monthly membership.

The lobby and rooms were pleasant and relaxing. The staff were friendly and accomadating. Restrooms were clean.

Relaxing massage with a therapist who addressed areas of concern. Therapist was kind and appeared to be knowledgeable. Staff was kind and repeatedly made sure I had my needs met

She gave me options and suggestions to improve my skin. I had a facial at a different place and thought it was good. After I had this facial it was fantastic.
