Very similar to the other H&S I visited. That is comforting. Seamless experience from beginning to end.

John is extremely knowledgeable and excellent in massage. He is a role model for others. His bedside manners is top notch. His sensitivity of having the client turn over and have the blankets so tight it was like a cacoon . Very very impressive. He continued to check in on the level pressure. Very professional and excellent communication!

I appreciated the ease of finding a time that worked for me so quickly compared to another massage company that makes you book 3 months in advance. I appreciated the friendliness of all staff members and the ambiance of the whole place. Down to the meat of it, Kamie was excellent and knowledgeable to what my needs were and the reason I came to get a massage by helping my tight muscles and nerve impingement was exactly what I was hoping for.

When I walked in I was immediately acknowledged. Everyone was very pleasant. When it was time for my appointment I was introduced to my esthetician. She was so nice and informative. I would highly recommend Hand and Stone.

Everyone from scheduling to checkout was very pleasant. The whole experience was relaxing. I felt rejuvenated enough to take on the day. I have been under a lot of stress and this was just what I needed. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

I was satisfied with my experience.

The wet towels that are used smell musty like they were left mostly wet & sat all day and night and then reused or reheated again.

I would like to see the massage last for the 60 minutes. I understand it takes time for getting ready for massage and finding out what exactly is needed.

First appointment was changed. Therapist was Ill. Got an appt 1-1/2 hours later. Therapist, while good and professional,seemed to be in a hurry. Got the impression was moving from one massage to another in rapid succession.
