I would like to see the massage last for the 60 minutes. I understand it takes time for getting ready for massage and finding out what exactly is needed.

First appointment was changed. Therapist was Ill. Got an appt 1-1/2 hours later. Therapist, while good and professional,seemed to be in a hurry. Got the impression was moving from one massage to another in rapid succession.

I felt I could have used more direct pressure to specific problem areas. The massage was generally not hard and deep enough. I was slightly sore the next day so I do think that some problem areas were affected, but overall would have liked more.

Love the price point and member perks!! Clean, friendly, relaxing environment. Only one recommendation/ complaint is that you could let therapist play individual music/background sound in rooms during massage.

As I explained in another complaint that was not responded to, I had an appointment for 10 days before the one I actually went to this week, and it had to be canceled after I had already gotten there because the person who scheduled it over the phone did not book it as a prenatal massage as I had requested. Not only was the receptionist who handled it not terribly apologetic about something that was entirely the spa's fault, but I was also offered nothing in return for the inconvenience. The appointment I had this week was great, but that experience from beforehand left me feeling not very valued as a customer.

I was happy with my visit wish it was longer and the room to be dark she left the lights on so hard for me to relax to and no essential oil to help relax me I came before and they had essential oil to relax and I left smelling great and very relax this time I left better just still have some more spots that need to be rub out but I’ll be back the lady there are very sweet and nice

I came in with a very specific request and I feel like too much time was spent on talking about it instead of working on it. She was very nice and clearly talented, but your policy that the consultation and disrobing is part of the time purchased really eats into treatment time. That irks me.

The noise of cleaning while I was in my massage and allowing small children/infants to be present while their parent are receiving services at the spa while other clients are trying to relax

I was satisfied.
