Massage therapist attempting guided meditation throughout session without being requested. Did not ask for areas that would like to be focused on. Spent a lot of time in beginning doing neck massage/release without this being a problem area/requested area.

I think for members there should be less expensive services for second service of the month. For instance if after my mi they massage I want to have a second massage I think it should be $50

Massage did not start on time & was less then 50 min. Also enhancements I paid for my massage did not add a few extra min which took away from full massage which I was already cut short because therapist was running behind. Massage felt like she was in a hurry & I didn’t get the full time even though I was early for the apt.

For me it's just hard to be perfect

It seems that some of the receptionists, which seem to change often, are not very informed on what services the therapists render, and this time they had to reschedule me twice, and once was on the day of my appointment, so that was not highly satisfying 🙂🙂

I believe the rooms felt clean but almost too sterile, I did not feel as though as I could relax. My therapist was so sweet but I wish she had communicated more about the different areas she would ,massage that way I can just be talked through the service like when she changed direction or different regions. Otherwise she was so sweet and great at what she did.

Rebecca was great. It was my first massage. She made me feel comfortable with the process and explained everything well.

I am older and it took some doing to get comfortable. The room was too cold. My hands were cold. Other places I have been to put warm mittens on the hands. She got me a blanket. That was nice. No robes provided. Very plain, needs more spa ambience like hot drinks, snacks, candle light.

Very generic services offered. Nothing unique or special, I've had better experiences going to local places with more options. Also, left the spa with mask still on my face and very gooey. I had to go home and wash my face off.

The waiting area is separated. I don't think there was a need for masks etc but no one used any. I don't remember seeing any sanitizer.
