I'm very happy with Hand and Stone. So far everything has been perfect. I require both relaxing and physical therapy type of massages and the massuse has accommodated my needs.

My appointment starts in a timely fashion. My masseuse listens and works on the areas I need attended to with the pressure I find comfortable. Booking on line is easy and hassle free.

The mobile app works really well for me. I can generally book an appointment within 2-3 days of my search. This seems to be an improvement for me. Several months ago, the wait time was several weeks rather than the existing 2-3 days.
