Hand and Stone

Everything was great until after booking my next massage, my appointment card had a totally different therapist name, which I did not notice until I got home. I called Hand and Stone to cancel that appointment and was told I have to call back early January for the therapist Becky, who I always go to. Becky is AWESOME! Appointment setter needs to pay more attention to who people request, as normally most people want the same massage therapist.

I just wish there were more availability and wish that more of the Massage Therapist would use firmer pressure

Was overall very satisfied, only change would be massage room temperature. It was a little chilly everything else. Was excellent

This facility has been great other than when I was told by one of the receptionist I had a massage on my account. I booked it for my husbands 50th bday present. When he went in to use it there was no massage on my account for him to use. After speaking with the receptionist twice and her speaking to the owner she did comp my husbands massage, but it wasn't without a bit of a hassle. His massage was not good either, it was free so we didn't say anything. All my monthly massages and facials have been good though.

Smells in waiting area are off-putting for me, I'm sensitive to smells. Massage caused pain, however I don't blame anyone, it's just the way it is. Massage was good, but not amazing. Cost in my opinion is high, including upgrades. I had a short wait past appointment time to start, though not too long.

Everything was well. Love my massage therapist and very friendly staff. I just have issue with the “expected tip” upon check out. I pay for my services let it be me to volunteer a tip without being asked each time.

Therapist is pretty negative but good at job.

The ambience and reception staff were very professional. I felt very comfortable. Michelle did an amazing deep tissue massage. My only complaint would be we started seven minutes late and my massage lasted only 50 minutes when it was supposed to be one hour
