Massage felt a little rushed.

Hard to get appt. I can only get an appt once a month. I would prefer to get in every 2 weeks but can not get in

The massage therapist was wonderful. The massage was great. I don't like the keeping credit card on file and the regular charging of it in the discount programs. There are too many data breeches. So I would definitely go back to the massage therapist but the discount program was a turn off to me. The massage was great, the therapist was one of the best I have been to. I just wasn’t thrilled with the business side.

Overall I was satisfied. However, after my appointment the receptionist was explaining the $79.99/m no contract membership. I explained I was not going to do it this time but maybe next time. She pushed a little much with it. Not everyone has the $80/m to spend. I would hope the person would understand and not push.

I have had two times when I could not make a monthly appointment. I was offered an upgrade. The appointment is worth 69.00 and the upgrade is worth 40.00. It is considered an "even trade". Hello who does this math?

The appointment time is for 75 minutes but my visits only last 45 to 60 minutes

Did not feel like I received my full time since it started late.

It takes weeks to get an appointment for a massage. The front desk staff could be a bit more friendly and welcoming.

The amount of appointments are very slim especially for massages. If there was more times or another location in this area it would be more beneficial to keep.
