The receptionists need to know services offered, how to accept coupons and remember clients. Satisfied with most massages I have had. Best micro derm I've had.

My therapist was coughing- and she was very nice about trying not to (and apologized for it) - but it would’ve been great if she would’ve just put on a mask. I was still satisfied but that would have helped me relax more. There’s so much sickness going around, it just made me uneasy and concerned about getting sick.

Booking on line doesn’t work well for me. Pricing for addl half hour doesn’t make sense to me

For the price, I did not see any results from my facial and the face massage was lackluster. I felt like I paid a lot of money to have a bunch of random stuff rubbed on my face.

The massage was wonderful and felt much longer than it actually was. However, my most painful area was not directly addressed. On the other hand, I feel that my therapist would be open to adjusting to my needs with better communication on my part at a subsequent appointment.

I think the prices are a little too high. I've gone to other facial places that are cheaper and use high quality products for a little less. I've even done custom facials that didn't have such a hefty upgrade fee of $20. I think for a basic 1hr facial $50-$60 is reasonably, for the more customized ones, I feel $10 is fair-$20 is a lot. I splurged and upgrades bc I had a gift card, otherwise I probably would not. $20 is a lot for no extra time just to customize your facial.

The massage itself was good. The reception area wasn’t relaxing, and during the massage I could hear the receptionists laughing loudly. Typically, the lights are dimmer, the music a little louder to set a mood, and the massage lotion was thinner. Overall the room felt a little sterile. Aromatherapy or essential oils would have made it more relaxing as well.

I like a firmer pressure and a more complete extraction experience. I shared that I like a former pressure (twice) with my technician and she didn’t comply with my request.
