I always feel like I’m being pushed to spend more money on extra treatments. In my opinion a classic facial should be a little different for each person, since there are different skin types.

I feel my massage time is cut short. Twice now, I have noticed hands on is around 40-45 minutes out of the hour I paid for. When I brought this to the attention of the therapist she said it’s because she has back to back appointments…I also noticed clocks in room have been removed? I could not find a clock in the reception room either, I may have missed it? Regardless, I believe this needs to be addressed. I feel rushed from the therapist.

The therapist is new and still seems a bit unknowledgeable. She was late for the appt and then still cut my time at the regular 50 minute mark. That made me highly irritated

The appointment didn't start on time. No one informed me of therapist being behind. I was sent an email for free upgrade using hot stones and told receptionist and she said she would let therapist know but I did not receive hot stones during my massage.

Did not have a chest pillow as I requested for comfort. Ankle pillow was too high/big. Therapist did not ask questions regarding comfort throughout the massage.

The music wasn’t working. The heat on the bed wasn’t turned on ahead of time. The massage felt great, and I like how close Hand & Stone is to my house.

Massages should be an hour, not 50 min. The price doesn’t reflect the time shortage.
