Every massage therapist has a bit of a different style. I’ll probably choose a different person next time.

Experience was generic. It’s what I expect in a massage. But was not anything extraordinary.

I was satisfied with my aestheticism and the facial. Disappointed it did not include more massage areas like arms, hand, maybe legs

I was scheduled for the 1 hr. Introductory massage. Ying didn’t realize it, and I was not able to communicate it with her. Consequently, the front desk gave me a $10 discount.

Massage was a very unique style I wasn’t sure what I thought Duffferent, but ok

Had facial issues after my facial. Also, wouldume to be responsible for tipping not automatically added in.

I was there with a party of three ladies. WE were all to have the same massage and they were all different in getting a hot towel on back, getting a hot towel on feet, the time should have been 1 hour and all three of us had different times taken (ie 45 to 60 minutes). as a chain, i would expect the employees to have the same procedures for each client to be completed. I do understand they would be different if one asked to have (ie) the legs worked on or another part of your body. I was surprised and disappointed for two of us three who did not receive the total service which is not known until we compared treatments after. So how should I know what I should expect? and How do you inspect what you expect?

Nothing negative. It was the music loud. Wasn't calming music and room was bright.

It was my first visit. I have no historical services to compare to. There is always room for higher level services. I was highly satisfied overall!

I had marked on my form that I don't like my arms massaged. She started massaging them and I told her I didn't want my arms massaged and she kept doing it. I don't think she read that part of my form and thinking maybe she didn't understand English. The rest of the massage was fine, but not exceptional. She did do a good job on neck and parts of the back, but don't like her sticking fingers in ears or just dropping my legs on table.
