We had already seen the item we wanted to purchase but came back when an offer was on. We were also put onto the test bed to see which matress would suit us best and was given a choice to our budget. We were offered water while we were sorting out payment etc and the sales assistant was very pleasant and helpful

We were helped to choose the bed that suit are needs. After looking at a few beds we picked one we liked and was shown the options to pay for it.

The young lady who served us was/seemed to be very happy in her job and knew what she was talking about. We went in to buy a bed but she definitely made the sale.

Staff were very kind, understanding and patient with me, suggested for me to do a bed test, to complete with what mattress would suit me right, and managed to get the perfect one

Helpful friendly staff, staff member who served us was new but asked for help when she needed it. She took the time to test the weights of Ottoman beds for me after I explained that I have back problem.
