This is the second time I've rented from Enterprise, and the quality of vehicles we have received has been great. My only issue (and this has happened both times) is the fact that my service has been interrupted by phone calls. They will stop me and have me wait so that they can answer the phone, and they put ME on hold rather than the caller. I don't think that's professional. This time I only had to wait a few minutes, but last time I had to wait for approximately 10 minutes!
