Didn't have guacamole, what chipotle doesn't have guacamole? Very disappointed.

I chose to visit chipotle because in the past at the shrewsbury ma location the staff was quick and friendly. Today, they did not have their food ready and we had to hold up the line to wait for them to finish making what we wanted. Also, one of their female staff members was extremely rude, had put an item on my significant other's food that he didn't ask for because it cost extra. When he said he hadn't asked for that she rolled her eyes and gave a rude response then just scraped it off anyways. When my food was finally ready and I asked her for a certain item, she was also rude to me and ended up ruining the experience for us. It will be a long time before we return to this chipotle location. Poor customer service can turn faithful customers away quickly. Especially for someone who has multiple food allergies, I don't need someone to be rude to me when they provide the wrong items and then respond with "what do you want me to do about it." Extremely dissatisfied with the service at this visit.
