Sam, was very friendly and approachable, he used his knowledge on the products in store to help find the mattress best suited to me.

I was unsure on what sort of bed I was looking for, with an idea on price range. I was shown to the bed that scans you and how you sleep, which I was quite impressed with and it slowed us to find the bed that was right for us. The staff were really friendly and helpful and offered us refreshments while we were waiting to place the order.

We had some idea of what we wanted but the salesman tested us on the machine thing which assess our weight and sleeping pattern and it gave us a much better idea of what would suit us, narrowing down our choices to the ones most suited. He then gave us the rundown on our final choices plus a cup of coffee while we placed the order. He was very patient throughout as we went from one bed to another to be sure of our final choice. The salesman didn't try to rush us or pressure us but was on hand to guide us in our choices. Thank you Sam.

Having had a really bad experience at Bensons I visited Dreams and the service from the advisors was very professional and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Although I could not get a delivery date I wanted I was satisfied with the alternative.I will certainly recommend Dreams to my friends
