Sam was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and totally understood what we were looking for and took the time to talk us through the possibilities , showing the choices available . She explained delivery etc and provided enough information to think about. I I phoned the following morning having made my decision and started the process following through with a visit to the showroom again. Very satisfied with the service. Thank you

Samantha, the member of staff in the Ipswich store was extremely helpful and friendly. I felt that she was trying to accommodate my needs rather than just trying to make sure she sold me something.

I was given the freedom to try mattresses and Sam who dealt with my purchase was very knowledgeable and helped in making the final decision

The sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable on the choices of mattresses available and suggested those that were the best option for me. I was then left for some time to lay on the mattresses, the assistant did not push me into making a decision and allowed me to spend as much time as I wanted to come to a final decision. I then was able to to approach the assistant a while later once I was happy with my choice and make a purchase.
