Ken was super helpful, and I really appreciated his follow up email. As I said I have been getting my seed from Chewy, but if yours turns out to be actually no sprout, I will happily pay the increased price for it. In addition, the store is super cute! I love all the extras.

The owner was extremely friendly and professional as usual. He remembered my husband and asked about whether or not he had launched his boat yet. Pretty special.

I am always happy to be there! The staff remembers me, asks how I am enjoying my last purchase, etc. I feel cared about by friends there! The products and selection are great!
