I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything, I said I was looking for bark butter, the person knew what that was and pointed me right to it, I bought it and left. In and out in less than a minute. That's why.

The employees at WBU Bloomington are always very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organized and always fully stocked. Checkout is quick and easy and I like the option of an emailed receipt so I can keep track of how quickly I am going through my bird food.

They had what I needed in stock

My first visit I bought something that did not meet the needs for bird feeding in my situation . At the second visit, I talked to Ken. He was awesome. Explained how the new birdfeeder worked in great detail. He was OK with my returning the first birdfeeder for one that would work better for my situation. I did look online first. But it is hard to Measure the support you get from talking to someone in the store that knows the store inventory . I will return to the store.

I placed the order online and received my products within 2 days! The quality of you premium bird seed is clean and attracts a variety of birds to our bird feeders.

Good customer service. My questions were answered. I set up my new feeder and the birds I was trying to attract showed up!

Ken and Heather were both so welcoming when our senior living bus came to see the raptors. They had saved several seats saved for us up front even though there were already over 100 people there to view them. I can't say enough about their hospitality!
