This is one of my two top local businesses in Bloomington. They always have what I want or need and something I didn't know I wanted until I saw it. I go there for my birds, for fun, to learn something, and for gifts. They know my name and have even repaired bird feeders I had before this store opened. They really know birds, their customers and their business!

Great service and products

I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything, I said I was looking for bark butter, the person knew what that was and pointed me right to it, I bought it and left. In and out in less than a minute. That's why.

The employees at WBU Bloomington are always very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organized and always fully stocked. Checkout is quick and easy and I like the option of an emailed receipt so I can keep track of how quickly I am going through my bird food.
