Convenient parking; good selection of seed mixes; enjoyed being able to purchase bird safe coffee while there. (Maybe have coffee samples out during busy times? Good incentive for impulse purchase!)

I went in for a particular pair of earrings. They had them.

The owner was quick to help and applied a coupon to my purchase when I asked about the Daily Savings Club. Owner also allowed my daughter to use the restroom without hesitation.

I always enjoy shopping with WBU because of the variety of merchandise and the super helpful interactions with the staff.

You had the bird seed I needed, and the staff was willing to transfer it into 10lb bags for me, which I appreciate. The staff also helped carry the bird seed out to my car.

They helped me select a birthday present and was able to answer all of my questions. The store had a ton to choose from and was a fun shopping experience.

I was looking for a present for a Christmas exchange and came in to browse. Staff greeted me and allowed me to look around. I did have a question at checkout which was answered fully.

For all the reasons I marked highly satisfied on the individual questions. Friendly service from an informed person. The store is clean and nicely arranged. I didn’t find what I came for but there were suggestions given for me to try and I found several unexpected things. It was a good experience.
