This store is fabulous! Absolutely the best and friendliest owner and staff; all so knowledgeable and welcoming. I am SO glad they brought WBU back to Bloomington! My birds and I are very happy!

I liked the fact that I could go to one store and the product line is all about birds. The products are high quality and I found new products I have never seen before.

WBU Bloomington is one my favorite places to shop. Ken, Heather and the entire staff are friendly, helpful and fun to work with! :) I seem to find something new each time and they do a great job of keeping the things I need on a regular basis well stocked. It's always a pleasant experience to visit the store.

I had been interested in purchasing a few things due to watching things on facebook and I was so excited to find all of them at the store. Great staff, they helped answer my questions and I bought the membership as well. I am enjoying the new feeder station and will be back to visit.

Staff is so friendly! They already feel like friends! They make excellent recommendations and all their items are of the utmost quality. We attended a seminar there and learned so much! We enjoy “talking birds” with them.
