I have been doing business with this Big O location for at least 15 years for tires and a variety of other services. Satisfaction has always been at the very highest level. This was the first time I made an appointment online and got a quote. I mistakenly gave incorrect sizing for the quote. I received a call a shorly after leaving and my error was corrected, tires were available and quote was lower than the original. No surprise, since I have always experienced this type of professionalism, courtesy and quick service.
