Big O Tires

It’s a big 2k job, took 2 days, I understand the delay, I will see in the next few weeks if the repairs are good.

I had to call to figure out when my car was ready.. and when I called it was. I loved the service overall but just wanted more transparency when I was supposed to pick up the car

Online scheduling added a repair kit I didn’t need to my bill and I thought that was not necessary.

The price was higher than I expected. The car runs better now. Thank you.

I done business with Big O tires for over 50 years I’ve never needed an appointment. I wasn’t asked when I arrived if I made an appointment only after waiting 2 hours was I told the appointments went first this was new to me

Costly, long wait. But Jesus and the others were great.

I needed ride home, we went to drop of my truck after taking my daughter to school so we could drop off earlier the vehicle, they didn't have ride home service. That's what the attendant said. He said there wasn't ride home service or isn't anymore. I don't know if that is true, if ride home service was removed. I feel like he could double check about the ride home service but he didn't. I was provided ride home services couple times before since my wife not always can pick me up, so this time we had to walk (wife and I) abit more than an hour to get home. Other than that services it's been good. Specially when Jesus is my attendant. He is always helpful and do the best to get me solution. Also this time I was recommended to do the resurface rotors, front brakes replacement and flux brakes fluid. This time I had to said I wait on that after I saw the other estimate, there were prices as it was separate jobs from 0, I feel like should be abit cheaper since they had the truck already in the air with tires removed for inspection. Also part prices were almost double than getting same part at store my self. They didn't offer pricing for labor only if I bring the parts my self.

Cost was a lot more than expected

I got there about 11am on 6/21/23 and I was told it would be at least 2hrs my car was the very last car after 5:15pm I feel after about 3.5hrs someone should have called me to give me an more accurate time.
